I founded Summit Property Group with one clear goal: to make property investment accessible, achievable, and empowering for everyone.

I’m a one-woman mission to help others unlock the same financial freedom and long-term security that property has brought me. Through smart strategies, transparent guidance, and a deep understanding of the market, I help clients grow their portfolios — whether they’re first-time investors or seasoned landlords.

As the founder and director of Hankin Construction Ltd, an award-winning construction company, Charles leads a trusted, full-scale team known for precision, reliability, and excellence. His work has been featured in Woodworking Magazine, a testament to both his technical skill and passion for fine detail.

Whether we’re facing complex site conditions or tight timelines, Charles is my go-to expert — bringing clarity, confidence, and solutions to every development challenge. His presence ensures that each project we touch is not only completed, but truly elevated.

Hi! I’m Valentino Rossi — but my friends call me Rossi. I’m not just a pretty snout. I’m the heart (and wagging tail) behind our customer experience.

As our official Customer Relations Pup, I specialise in tail wags, good vibes, and making sure every visitor feels welcome. Whether I’m greeting you with a paw-five, starring in our social media posts, or “supervising” the office snack situation, I make it my mission to keep spirits high and loyalty stronger than a Labrador’s love for tennis balls.

When I’m not on duty, you’ll find me napping in sunbeams or taste testing treats.
